职位描述

Job Duties:
1. Develop and successfully execute a plan for selling profitable LED lighting and display projects within the region. Will contact customers by personal visits, which include traveling, phone and mail.

1.1. Plan and complete a daily/weekly sales presentation route of appointments and cold calls.
有效的计划和完成每日/每周电话形式的销售拜访,或约定客户并且进行相关的产品介绍。
1.2. Promote Daktronics name/products to end user(s), architects, ad agencies, sign designers, and contractors.
向客户、建筑设计师、、灯光设计师及代理商等推广达科电子品牌及产品。
1.4. Develop an ongoing and sustainable relationship with resellers, lighting companies, subcontractors and service providers to promote Daktronics products and services. Maintain a good relationship with established sub-contractors.
与经销商、照明公司、分包商及设计公司等建立长期可持续发展关系,以推广达科电子产品与服务。与已建立长期合作的分包商保持良好的合作关系。
1.5. Call on sign companies and promote Daktronics products/services.
通过电话向广告公司推广达科电子产品与服务。
1.6. Call on Daktronics customers within region, sell additional products/services and inquire about new leads, opportunities or referrals.
通过电话向区域内的达科电子客户推广附加产品与服务,并寻找潜在客户、销售机会或推荐人。
1.7. Help in developing winning proposals/sales propositions of major accounts.
参与制作可赢得项目的销售计划书与销售方案。
2. Develop and implement sales reseller net.
搭建并拓展销售经销商网络。
3. Actively pursue all electronic display projects within the region. Assist team to secure the order or pull together the appropriate resources to secure the order.
积极跟进所负责的电子显示项目。协助团队整合适当资源,以确保项目顺利完成。
4. Assist in determining marketing strategies for the regions. Identify relevant trade shows in the area and coordinate exhibition activities.
协助制定区域市场销售战略。寻找该地区相关展会信息及协调参展活动。
5. Proactively follow up on new leads and customers. Promptly follow up on marketing campaign or trade show leads. Qualify leads to determine project viability. Assist with lead database management.

6. Understand the capabilities and operation of Daktronics products.
了解达科产品的功能及运行情况。
7. Continuously learn about Daktronics products by attending internal product and sales training and reviewing sales literature.
通过参加内部的产品及销售培训及查阅销售文档,不断了解达科产品。
8. Work effectively as a team member. Work with limited daily supervision.
具有团队协作精神,在不需要过多日常监督的情况下主动工作。
Requirements:
1. Junior college or bachelor’s degree.
大专或本科学历。
2. Have strong ability to develop client and market.
有较强的客户、市场开发能力
3. Prefer minimum 3 years of sales experience in the architectural lighting industry or LED display industry.
在建筑照明、LED显示行业或其他相关行业至少有3年以上销售相关经验。
4. Reasonable knowledge of Daktronics product line or demonstrated ability to learn technical product quickly.
对达科产品线有基本的了解,或具备较强的技术产品学习能力。
5. Strong communication skills in verbal and written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal.
在口头、书面、演讲、谈判与人际交往方面有较强的沟通能力。
6. No English skills required.
无英语要求。
7. Self-motivated and a team player. Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement. Goal oriented with proven leadership capability.
具备自我激励以及团队协作能力。提倡解决问题并主动寻求改进方案。目标导向性强并具备出色的领导能力。
8. Travel within China required.
需要在中国境内出差
9. Ability to work flexible hours, as needed, to support sales efforts in the Region.
能够灵活安排工作时间来支持本地区的销售。
